Consumer Membership Application (User of Captions or Supporter)

Very happy to know you are interested in joining the most exciting newer and unique consumer advocacy network around – the CCAC.

We now invite an annual donation from all members as follows:

Suggested annual donation is $25 for consumer members (anyone using captioning for hearing/deaf reasons, for language and literacy, for other reasons), $35 for any employed consumer, and $50 for providers of any services related to captioning. – yet any amount is appreciated. If any amount is a hardship for anyone, just send a short email to ccacaptioning@gmail.com and let’s all join voices for the CCAC msission. Donate using PayPal on the CCAC web when you submit your membership form (at the same time please). You can use your own credit card on the PayPal site if not a PayPal user. Email with any questions CCACaptioning@gmail.com.

The CCAC annual membership fee: $25 for employed consumer, $50 for providers of any services related to captioning, or $10 for unemployed consumer members. A consumer is anyone using captioning for any reason, including hearing people, and others who support the CCAC activities. Larger amounts welcome! Revenue goes solely for captioning advocacy activities.
